My Passion for Customer Support

Improving business systems and processes for end-users has been at the foundation of my work in every role I’ve held over the past 8+ years. I’m adept at right-sizing solutions to complex business needs for organizations and programs ranging in size from 20 to over 18,000 employees.

My passion for Customer Support started early. I saw the importance of making information accessible and easy to understand while watching my parents struggle to navigate systems due to the intersectional effects of poverty and a lack of education.

My goal in every support interaction is to empower the individual so they feel more capable of making an informed decision for themselves. Crypto and Blockchain technology has revolutionized the way individuals can take ownership over their financial futures and that’s something I’m extremely passionate about helping to build.
